Served as part of a 9-member data analytics team supporting volunteer outreach for South Bend Unity Gardens. Worked to bridge online engagement platforms with campus dorm partnerships to strengthen volunteer coordination and participation, improving how volunteer data was collected and tracked across multiple channels.

Contributed to designing and implementing a streamlined QR code–based system deployed across dorm events and outreach touchpoints, enabling faster volunteer sign-ups and real-time participation tracking. These improvements increased data collection efficiency by approximately 80%, while also improving the accuracy and usability of volunteer engagement data to better support outreach and planning efforts.
