In a team of 8, we conducted a comprehensive strategic and financial analysis of an AI startup called ClaimWise, focusing on its business model, revenue streams, and key cost drivers. Using Python-based modeling and data analysis, we evaluated operational efficiency and identified areas of inefficiency across core workflows. Through this work, we developed actionable recommendations that could reduce overall costs by approximately 12%, while maintaining service quality and scalability.
