In this project, I worked with a team of nine members to develop a strategic advisory case on Sezzle, a Buy Now Pay Later business, by evaluating the company’s positioning within the fintech and digital payments industry. Our team built detailed DCF and comparable M&A valuation models to assess a potential $405M acquisition, analyzing financial performance, growth drivers, competitive dynamics, and potential transaction synergies. Through both quantitative valuation work and qualitative strategic analysis, we developed and presented a recommendation supporting a sale to PayPal.
